1. Promotional Period

The Promotion is available to eligible customers who sign up between 11 February 2026 and 30 April 2026 (Promotional Period), unless withdrawn earlier by Smartly. 

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is available to new customers only who purchase both Smartly Payroll and Smartly People Management during the Promotional Period. 

The Promotion is not available to existing Smartly customers or in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise agreed by Smartly. 

3. Offer Summary

Eligible customers may receive up to 75% off applicable Smartly subscription fees for a period of six (6) months, depending on the number of employees at the time of sign-up. 

Discount tiers are as follows: 

The applicable discount tier is determined at the time of sign-up based on the customer’s declared employee count and eligibility criteria. 

Not all customers will qualify for the maximum advertised discount. 

4. Promotion Codes

The promotion code UPTO75 must be applied at sign-up to redeem the Promotion. 

Smartly reserves the right to decline redemption where the promotion code is not correctly applied or where eligibility criteria are not met. 

5. Discount Application

• The discount applies only to the applicable Smartly subscription fees for Payroll (available on both DIY and Managed Payroll Plans) and People Management. 

• The discount does not apply to setup fees, add-ons, integrations, third-party services, or any other charges unless expressly stated. 
• At the end of the six (6) month promotional period, the customer’s subscription will automatically revert to Smartly’s standard subscription fees then in effect, as published at www.smartly.co.nz, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

6. Exclusions & Limitations

• The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion unless expressly approved by Smartly. 

• The Promotion is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash. 
• Smartly reserves the right to verify eligibility and employee numbers and to adjust or decline the Promotion where eligibility criteria are not met. 

7. Changes and Withdrawal

Smartly reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. 

8. General

• All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. 

• Smartly’s standard Terms of Service apply. 

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smartly excludes all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions.  Smartly will not be liable for any damage, loss or expense (including any indirect or consequential loss) arising in connection with the Promotion, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law. 

• Smartly’s decision is final on all matters related to this a Promotion, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
